Vital Coat’s Mender 91 Kit is a self leveling, high penetration, fast setting, repair system for virtually any type of concrete repair. The product is a 1:1 ratio, easy to mix system that is 98% solids and VOC compliant. It can be used to set anchor bolts, repair damaged control joints, fill spalling, and rebuild vertical curbing and steps. Sand or gravel can be added to extend the volume of the material and acts as filler for repairing large spalls, holes and cracks.

Vital Coat’s Mender 91 Floor & Crack Repair is a 2 component, fast setting polyurea designed for filling and repairing cracked and damaged concrete. It has a fast cure time with excellent adhesion and its’ low viscosity allows for fast turnaround of coating projects or as a standalone product. Silica sand, void of moisture, may be added to repair for deeper voids in concrete. Do not use on Concrete that has a high moisture content or a visible presence of water.
