No. This product is not intended to be used over painted surfaces.

This product is a penetrating sealer and is not recommended to be used over the top of painted or treated surfaces.
Can V-100 and V-200 sealer be applied over paint?
Yes. These sealers make great top coats over painted or stained concrete to add a protective layer to your design.

Does this product prevent staining on a concrete garage floor from oil or rust?
This is a water based product that help resist these stains if removed quickly. The solvent based version works best if oil is expected to be present more often.

This product can be applied with a pump up sprayer or with a paint roller. It can also be applied with an airless sprayer as well.
How long will the Shingle Shield Coating Last?
Under normal conditions, Shingle Shield should last up to 5 years. It is recommended to apply another coat after 5 years to provide optimum protection.
Should I clean my roof prior to applying Shingle Shield Roof Sealer
Yes. Cleaning the roof prior to application is important. All organic growth and stains should be removed. After application of Shingle Shield, reduced cleaning efforts will be required to help extend the life of your shingle.
