When I can apply second coat?
The use and care manual advises if a 2nd coat is needed apply wet-on-wet. About 30 mins after the first coat.
Does this product prevent staining on a concrete garage floor from oil or rust?
This is a water based product that help resist these stains if removed quickly. The solvent based version works best if oil is expected to be present more often.
Can I put this product on existing painted walls
No. This product is not intended to be used over painted surfaces.
How do you apply this product?
This product can be applied with a pump up sprayer or with a paint roller. It can also be applied with an airless sprayer as well.
Can this be applied on top of painted concrete?
This product is a penetrating sealer and is not recommended to be used over the top of painted or treated surfaces.
